Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of VP Machine Pro ("the Service"), operated by MAS972 (Yonatan Kochva), Tel Aviv, Israel. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
VP Machine Pro is a beta tool that estimates the viral potential of short-form video using a statistical model that runs in your web browser. Scores are estimates for creative guidance only. We make no promise about views, reach, engagement or revenue, and you should not rely on a score as the only basis for any business decision.
2. Beta
The Service is in public beta. Features, scoring models and prices may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable or produce inaccurate results.
3. Your content
Your videos are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to us. You keep all rights to your content. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you analyse.
4. Plans and payment
Free users get a limited number of scores per month. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, whose terms also apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Founding-member purchases are a one-time payment for continued access to the Service for as long as it is offered.
5. Refunds
If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
6. Unlock codes
Unlock codes are for the purchaser's personal use. Do not share or resell them. We may revoke codes that are shared publicly.
7. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the Service to extract or resell its model, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
